Mr. John Mitala, AAPAM President and Head of Public Service and Secretary to the Cabinet, Government of Uganda gives his speech at the opening of the 29th Roundtable Conference in Mbabane, Swaziland		Ms. Ann Masson, Director, International Programes, Institute of Public Adminstration of Canada, reads her solidarity statement at the opening ceremony.

Honorable S'gayoyo Magongo, Minister of Public Service and Information of the Government of the Kingdom of Swaziland reads his remarks at the opening sessioin of the 29th AAPAM Roundtable Conference welcoming the delegates.
