The
Africa
Public
Sector
Human
Resource
Managers’
Network
will
have
three
governing
organs
namely,
The
General
Assembly,
The
Council
and
The
Executive
Committee.
The
General
Assembly,
which
is the
supreme
body
of the
African
Public
Sector
Human
Resource
Managers’
Network,
will
set
approve
the
policy;
elect
the
Council
and
the
Executive
Committee.
The
General
Assembly
will
elect
a President
for
a period
of three
years
renewable
once.
The
Council
will
prepare
the
general
policy
of the
Network.
The
Executive
Committee
headed
by the
President
as elected,
shall
manage
the
African
Public
Sector
Human
Resource
Managers’
Network.
This
may
exercise
all
powers
of the
African
Public
Sector
Human
Resource
Managers’
Network
as directed
by its
Constitution.
There
will
be a
Secretariat
headed
by the
Executive
Secretary
to coordinate
the
activities
of the
Human
Resource
Managers’
Network.
The
Executive
Secretary
will
be accountable
to the
Executive
Committee.
